The architectural concept of the highly valuable Werkhaus Nord 8 building is designed to respond to the needs of a wide range of tentants. Together with the recently developed project of Graber Ltd. it creates an ensemble and marks the start of the establishment of a new industrial estate. The combination of a large variety of branches allows for a successful integration of the Werkhouse Nord 8 into its surroundings.
